Join an all-level outdoor yoga class, a blend of invigorating exercise and soulful meditation.

Each class spans approximately 60 minutes, beginning at 9:30 a.m., setting the tone for a mindful Sunday.

YOGA, ALL-LEVELS | Takes place every Sunday
A unique opportunity to slow down and find your own rhythm. Inspired by the concept of soma—the integration of body and spirit—these sessions feature a variety of classes and facilitators who provide grounded, heart-centered approaches to movement and well-being. Through practices such as movement, music, sound healing, and aromatherapy, Somah invites you to experience something nourishing, accessible, and deeply human.
ABOUT THE STUDIO
Isabella Mesquita is the founder of Somah, a community space for movement, connection, and exploration. Her classes blend yoga, breathwork, mobility, aromatherapy, and somatic practices to support people in feeling more open and connected to themselves. Isabella teaches with warmth, creativity, and compassion, inviting people of all backgrounds to move with curiosity and care. Her goal is to create a welcoming space where everyone feels supported and free to explore at their own pace.
Q: What happens if it rains on the day of the yoga class?
A: If weather conditions require it, the yoga class will be moved indoors to the Historic Garage. Indoor space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participants who have already purchased a ticket are guaranteed a spot. If you prefer not to attend indoors, you may request a refund. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you.
