Parents are often unsure how to help their child to manage their overwhelming feelings and the behaviour that they see.
Young people often struggle when they get emotional – they don’t know HOW to calm down – and reach boiling point too often and too quickly.
There are things we can do to calm ourselves down in these situations and help our children to learn how to deal with their overwhelming feelings.
